Refunds And Cancellations
All accepted orders have a administration charge if cancelled. (No charge if we cancel order due to unavailability)
Cancellation more than 10 days before date of travel, Cancellation Fee is %50.
Cancellation less than 10 days before date of travel, Cancellation Fee is &75.
Cancellation less than 2 days(48 Hours) before the date of travel, cancellation fee is 100%. Refund 0%.
We remind clients that they are responsible for obtaining adequate holiday insurance as cancellation of reservations are subject to cancellation fees.
