 A: it is recommended to schedule your pick up tell us your arrival flight landing time if you have check-in luggage, while 20 minutes after would be enough if you only have a carry-on. If you're coming from an international flight, it is recommended to arrival time after landing to give enough time for getting through customs. It's also recommended to call your assigned driver once you've landed to inform them that you've arrived so they know to expect you soon.

 A: If you want to be picked up from a different location, you need to make two different one way bookings.

 A: Yes, we value our loyal customers and offer special discounts and incentives for frequent travellers and corporate clients.  A: Absolutely! We offer a variety of vehicles to cater to different preferences and group sizes. Whether you need a saloon, an estate, an executive car or a minibus, you can request your preferred vehicle type at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.


A. Yes. The prices are fixed for pre-booked transfers. However, any additional drops/ stops, pickups, additional waiting times or diversions will be subjected to additional charges. You may also be charged if you have ordered an incorrect vehicle type.

 We accept the following types of payments:
  1. Cash on Arrival: You can pay in cash directly to the driver upon delivery.
  2. Major Credit or Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
 

 A: We can cater for any place within the specified resort/city. Shuttle Bus transfers mainly operates for only hotels and holiday apartments ( not private ones ). If you are staying at a private property then we can drop you off at a certain point in your resort and pick you up from the same point. This could be a hotel near by or a big shopping center etc. Private Transfers operates door to door for private addresses aswell.

 A: We currently have Wheelchair Friendly Transfers ( Wheelchair adapted vehicle transfers ) available in some resorts. Please make a search for your destination first and if wheelchair friendly transfer option is not listed on the results. Please email us on info@domain.com or call us. We will do our best to find a suitable airport transfer service for you.

 A: We understand your concern about your financial security! However, our system works with an SSL certificate to ensure safe encryption of your details. To keep in mind that confidently, we will not store any of your credit card details.

 A: You will receive your booking confirmation via e-mail within 10 minutes after you complete your booking.

 A. Once you complete your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also call our 24 hr customer service on +90 545 368 51 68 and check with one of our operators

A. Our driver will be waiting in the arrival hall of the terminal with your name card on the board with your Lead passenger name.

A: After confirming your booking for your private transfer, we will share the details of your driver with you and your details with your driver. You can contact your driver or you can wait for your driver to contact you at short notice.

A: You can book a round-trip on the same listing screen but please note that the round-trip will be considered as another booking. For a round-trip, we need you to choose your return dates.

 A: Don’t worry! If you book last minute, we will still ensure everything goes smoothly for you. We monitor your flight number and will be there to greet you with your name displayed outside the terminal. You can rest assured that we’ll take care of the details, so you can enjoy a stress-free arrival.  

A. While booking online, you are advised to book at least 24 hrs in advance.  

A:All airport pickups come included with the flight tracking feature. We monitor your flight and reschedule your pickup time accordingly, should there be an earlier or delayed arrival (T&C’s* apply). What this means in simpler terms… you provide us with the flight number and landing time; when the plane lands, our driver will be at the pickup point after 30mins* (actual landing time + 30mins* = pickup time / 30mins* reflects minimum timeframe we recommend after landing, you can modify the timeframe to your own preference).

A: Our cancellation policy is designed to be straightforward. If you need to cancel your booking:

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled reservation, there is no cancellation fee.

 A: Our vehicles maintain a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers. This includes traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and any other smoking devices. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain this standard. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

A. No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.


A. Yes. Up to two child/ infant seats can be provided  per transfer. Please request this at the time of booking and provide us with the ages of the children. If more than 2 seats , third seat will be additional charge of 5 Euro.

A. Yes. We operate 24/7, all year round, including Christmas and bank holidays.

A. Once you complete your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also call our 24 hr customer service on +90 545 368 51 68  and check with one of our online live operators.

A. Yes. Just remember to ask your driver and he/she will provide you with it at the end of your journey. Alternatively, send your request via email.

A. Prices are quoted before a booking is made. Payment is made online using a valid debit or credit card. We accept PayPal, VISA Debit/Credit, MasterCard American Express and Maestro. Alternatively, upon prior confirmation, payment can be made in cash on arrival to the driver.

A. No. All bookings are for private hire vehicles.
