What to do if your arrival time is likely to be delayed, or you are unable to locate your representative
In the event of a delay due to a late arrival, or if you are unable to locate your representative please make contact on one of the numbers listed above far right.
You can change the date, time, Vehicle and other details of your tickets by logging into My Booking. Click "Change date/time/vehicle/hotel" next to the journey you want to change, and follow the steps to select the new time/date/vehicle/destination. Requests to change the E-ticket can only be made by the Lead Passenger - please note that for new changes vehicle/destinations/Passengers may addition cost , If you not accept that E-tickets cannot be amended.
